About me

I’m Lilac and I have over 16 years experience as a salon-owner. I currently have a chain of 7 salons. I am a qualified beauty therapist, trainer & assessor. I also have a degree in Management and chartered accountancy qualifications. I feel I am in the unique position to view the industry from both a therapist & business position. In 2023 I made the decision to offer salon coaching and I knew from the start that I would only do this if I could work with individuals on bespoke one-to-one basis and therefore I cap it at only working with 4 individuals at a time.

One-to-One coaching, completely flexible to meet your needs and work on your biggest challenges & obstacles to growth. I only want to work with salon owners on a one-to-one basis so I can really help you tackle the issues that are holding you back so that you can have a more profitable, less stressful and easier to run business. For most types of consulting three months is the minimum time that it will take to make substantial changes across lots of areas so although I am happy to consider one-off coaching it is much more beneficial to commit to a minimum 3 month program (this can be paid monthly to help with cash flow and the return each month should more than pay for the investment).

How it works

  • We have an initial free consultation to discuss your goals & challenges and what you are looking to achieve this year.

  • We agree a weekly time that is convenient for us to have a zoom call (1 hour duration).

  • In between the weekly one-to-one sessions you can contact me via email

  • At the end of the 3 month period we look at the results & progress made and you can decide if you wish to continue with the coaching.
